Anyone who has been astute enough to get hold of a physical copy of issue #36 will have found in between its pages a small, printed “broadside” – a black and white card carrying an extra poem from CJ Opperthauser’s excellent “Wolf” series. Three of these poems appear in all editions of the magazine, but the fourth is available only in broadside form as part of the printed magazine.
The broadside is an idea I’d been thinking of for a while. I enjoy publishing poems that are based around a theme or are part of a set, and including extra printed matter that can expand on a piece published in the magazine seems like a great way to reward readers and subscribers.
I’d love to know what people think of this idea, and whether it’s something that readers would like to see continue in future editions of the magazine. If you have any feedback to give, please get in touch. And if you haven’t done so already, you can buy a copy of the printed magazine here, or sign up for a subscription here.
